Terms & Conditions & Important Information
Prices are per-person; based on double occupancy and include all government taxes and port taxes. SINGLE, TRIPLES OR QUADS OCCUPANCY ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY. Single Travelers are responsible for the other half of the payment for their cabin if they are in a double/triple/quad occupancy room and one or more passengers have canceled their cruise package, leaving one passenger. See the name change policy below (partial booking cancellation). Sorry, there are no exceptions. All participants must be 18 years or older to attend. (Call our office if you are under 18yrs. old)
NOT included in the prices are: miscellaneous charges such as airfare, transfers, travel insurance, tourist visa, bar bills, laundry, room service, telephone calls, Wi-Fi, gratuities, etc. The porterage or any other incidental charges.

NAME CHANGES: Name Changes are considered a cancellation And AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SUPPLIER (e.g. CRUISE LINES). See cancellation/refund information above. CHANGING BOTH NAMES WILL CANCEL OUT YOUR CABIN ENTIRELY. Term and penalties would apply. Swapping of names from one cabin to another is done at the discretion of the supplier. A fee may apply. Triple & Quad Cabins: Deposit for triple & quad cabins are subject to change.
In case of a partial Booking cancellation whereby one or more Passengers have canceled their Cruise Package, leaving one Passenger to occupy the cabin after the cancellation of the other Passenger(s), the remaining Passenger occupying the cabin for single use will be assessed a 100% single surcharge.

A one-time name change fee of $75 will apply for any name change made between 89-1 day(s) before sailing. ONLY one name change will be allowed per cabin/room.

The above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotels, and /or land service suppliers, which will be assessed in accordance with such suppliers' policies. In addition, a $50 administration fee will be charged after cruise documents have been issued.

Passengers with Disabilities or Reduced Mobility, or any Passenger who may require special accommodation or medical treatment during the Cruise Package, must provide full details of their condition and any anticipated special needs to the Company in writing at the time of Booking. FOOD ALLERGIES Passengers are reminded that some foods may cause an allergic reaction in certain people due to intolerance of some ingredients. If the Passenger has any known allergies or is intolerant to any food, he/she is required to inform the Company at the time of Booking (by duly filling out a specific form) and further to report such allergy or intolerance to the Maître d’hôtel as soon as possible after boarding the ship and before consuming any food or beverage onboard. Due to the nature of restaurants onboard and the possibility of cross-contamination between foods both onboard and before delivery to the Vessel, the Company and Carrier cannot guarantee a 100% allergy-free zone and is not liable in the event of Passenger’s exposure to any food or beverage item. AIRFARE INFORMATION:
The client is responsible for his/her Airfare unless Air is purchased with the cruise line or one of our Air and hotel Package options (contact our office). Make sure you get an early "morning" flight. And on your return flight, do not get a flight before 1 p.m. Remember, you need time to get off the ship and be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
PROOF OF IDENTITY / CITIZENSHIP: Guests are responsible for traveling with proper documentation - Proof of required immunizations & visa(s) & proof of eligibility to enter Canada (for applicable itineraries). For security reasons, first and last names must match the government-issued ID used for boarding. For guests with spelling errors or name changes, this may result in higher fares, loss of space, and/or change fees. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the name/names on the reservation are an exact match to proof of citizenship as follows.

A passport valid for 6 months after travel. Passengers must hold fully valid passports for the whole duration of the Cruise Package with a passport expiration date at least 6 months after the return date.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to purchase Travel/Cancellation insurance. This travel agency has travel insurance protection available for purchase including trip cancellation, baggage, flight, and accident insurance. If for any reason any of our supplier/s does not cover the state or country of your residence, it is still your responsibility to research and purchase Travel/Cancellation Insurance. Certain pre-existing conditions may be excluded. The exact coverage provided is specific to the insurance carrier selected. INSURANCE payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment for the plan may not be accepted after the Cruise Vacation cost has been paid in full. IMPORTANT - Fuel Supplement: The Cruise Line reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of fuel increases per barrel.
CRUISE RESERVATION FORM: Once payment is received, you are bound by the agency's terms regardless of whether you have signed this agreement. If this agreement (reservation form) is not received within 3 days of reservation/payment, the Agency reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and all terms and conditions, including cancellation penalties, will apply.

CRUISE REMOVE FROM PUBLIC SALE – The Cruise Line reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw any sailing from public sale, with or without prior notice (e.g., if the Cruise Line elects to charter the vessel). In that event, the cruise line will provide the agency (Sun Travel Online, LLC) with reasonable alternatives and will otherwise work with us to address issues caused by the withdrawal. If the Cruise Line, the Agency & the Tour Conductor are unable to agree on an alternative sailing, the Cruise Line will refund all amounts received under this agreement in which event the Agency, the Tour Conductor, or the Cruise Line will have further rights or obligations under this agreement.

DINING INFORMATION:
Dining preference may be requested on a group level for the entire group or may revert to the booking experience level on an individual basis. Dining requests will be accepted at the time of initial allocation. All efforts will be made to honor the request, however, dining assignments will be made based on availability at the time of group finalization. The cruise line reserves the right to divide group passengers between main and late seating.
